To make it easy for our exhibitors, NOVA Spektrum, in cooperation with Länsförsäkringar AB insurance company, has tailored an advantageous insurance policy.
An ordinary company insurance usually does not extend to exhibition participation. Our policy covers both participation at the show and transport to and from the site.
The exhibitor insurance applies within the EU/EFTA region and includes:
– Transport to and from the site; loading and unloading included
– Exhibition objects at the site, packing and unpacking included
– Liability insurance for exhibition material leased from Norges Varemesse/Oslo Spektrum
– Covers up to 10 percent additional costs
– Excess is only NOK 1 000 per claim
– Applies to exhibitors, co-exhibitors and companies represented at the stand
For exhibitors located outside the EU/EFTA region the insurance applies only to the exhibition venue.
Insurance coverage and price
The insurance covers up to NOK 200 000
Price: NOK 950 ex VAT
Additional costs: 10 percent of the basic sum assured can be paid.
The basic sum assured can be increased by paying a supplementary premium.

Order deadline
For the policy to be valid, an order must be received three days before moving onto the site.
